en ejecutar se escribe gpedit.msc y se sige esta ruta Configuración del equipo \ Plantillas administrativas \ Red y pulsas sobre Programador de paquetes QoS (dos veces) despues doble clic donde dice limitar ancho de banda reservado se habilita y en el porcentaje se pone cero y se cierra la ventana... read more
