Sometimes it connects at just over 5, and on other occasions, it's as low as 3.5. There doesn't seem to be a noticeable difference in operational speed but why is this happening? I'm currently using a USB connection to my modem, though I know Ethernet is reputably faster. However, when I try to connect my Ethernet cable it doesn't work ... My computer sends and recieves packets slow, off and on and sometimes eventuallys stops all together causing me to cant use the internet, its becoming very annoying. AM using a Modem.
